Hi All,
I've been lurking & posting for a few days now so I thought I would formally introduce myself :shy:.
I'm Claire & I have been in therapy for almost 2 years now. My previous experience of therapy was 10/11 years ago after I took an OD. It wasn't a great 1st experience & put me off for a long time.
I have some psychology & counselling experience through my nurse training, which I stupidly gave up in my last year of Uni.
Looking forward to 'meeting' you all.

Hi Claire and thank you for your introduction
Without saying too much, it sounds like we have a lot in common. I had a bad experience 11 years ago and have since been very interested in psychology and counselling.. have done numerous courses and been in personal counselling for 2 years (although that ended in December).
Anyway, really hope you enjoy this forum and i look forward to seeing you around and hearing more from you - if you'd like. In the meantime take good care of yourself

Hi Claire I have just this moment joined. I am a psychotherapist alongside a few other pieces of career work that bring in my mortgage money! This group sounds like a grand place to learn about each other, to give and recieve. Phyllis Holmes
