I am 20 years old. I started counseling about 6 weeks ago. It is helping me a lot. I have suffered from depression/anxiety, PTSD, if you would like to talk to someone about it, you can count on me :) It's nice to meet you all!

Thank you for registering.. as you can see the forum is kinda new still and not very active but I am planning on trying to 'recruit' a few more people who may find a counselling/self development-based forum useful.

I hope your therapy journey goes well for you. Sounds like it's quite a new thing for you.. and it's great that it's proving to be helpful for you. Hope it continues.
