This workshop is an exploration of happiness, what it is, how to find it and how to keep it. The group will be facilitated through a process of personal review and evaluation with many opportunities to consider new ideas and challenge old behaviours. The objective of this workshop is to offer individuals the unique opportunity to consider the meaning of happiness in their own lives.

This workshop offers participants the opportunity to:
Review what happiness is…
Consider what happiness means to individual participants.
Explore personal and professional beliefs around happiness.
Examine individual expectations of happiness.
Identify the challenges to personal beliefs around happiness in contemporary society.
Develop a strategy for creating more personal happiness.

Cost: £25 per delegate Venue: Whitstable

This workshop is limited to 6 participants.
