Self Care for Counsellors with the use of Art … Monthly Group Friday 10am - 1pm
For 6 months.
Venue: Cromwell Road Whitstable

Group size will be a maximum of four practitioners and every care will be taken to minimize boundary issues within each group.
This group will offer a confidential and supportive environment to the practitioner. Through the process of using art therapy techniques individual self care, restoration and guidance will be offered. There will be group negotiation and consideration for individual needs within each session.
Self-care is an important part of practice as a therapist. This group will support practitioners to maintain optimum levels of practice as well as offer techniques, which can be used in the counselling room.
