Hello!
I'm 39, and am in recovery from cumulative complex trauma and long term depression.
I have done some integrative psychotherapy training, before I had to back off from it to take more care of myself first.
I'm in long term analytic psychotherapy, and homeopathic treatment. I'm also on anti-depressants, but hope to get off those at some point in the next year or so.
I live in London, and work for my local library service. Needless to say, I love reading, and I also write - hoping some day to get published.
