Okay I did and my son now thinks I have lost my marbles!!!
So the last thing i said was "hulabaloo".
The last thing my son said is "mom, are you crazy?"

When i was working in Devon one day when i was having a realllly bad day and feeling tearful.. a colleague told me to wave my arms around in the air and shout "i'm feeling sad" (or something) and as soon as i did it i laughed at my mood lifted! He said it's pretty difficult to feel sad when you're doing something like that! hehe
