Hello!

Thank you for dropping by this site. I'm still in the process of developing the site and posting some useful information but thought I should post here to introduce myself.

Well I'm Jenny and i'm 30 years old. I've been in therapy for 2+ years and have completed NCFE Counselling Skills Levels 1+2, done a 1 year Certificate in Transactional Analysis Theory and also a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology. I am very interested in all aspects of self development and self awareness (although it's not always a smooth ride) and wanted to promote a safe place for people to be able to share experiences, thoughts and find mutual support for those more challenging times.

Please feel free to post around the forum as you feel able. I will look forward to 'meeting' you :)
