I don't really remember the moment I first heard about the terrorist attacks the day it happened, but I know I was 7 and in the first grade. We had a moment of silence for it today at school, and talked about it in my world history class. It was sad, really sad. I still can't believe shit like this happens. Do you think terrorism will ever end? I worry that it will happen again, at any given time. That it will effect me or my family next time.

I remember it very clearly...watched it all unfold on the TV. Unfortunately, there will probably always be terrorists as long as there are fanatics in the world. The important thing is to live your life as you normally would...for if you live in terror they win!! And we can't let them win!!

I to remember it as if it was yesterday. I was 18 and it was just before I went off to uni. I saw some of the footage again yesterday and it was exactly as I remember.

Truly horrific.

Off topic, but what did they decide to do with Ground Zero in the end?

I don't think the plans are final yet, but they were talking about 5 office buildings and a memorial to 9/11 in the middle.
