We seem to have lost some of the most recent entries on here - or am I dreaming?

Just what I was wondering. Posted a reply to someone and it's gone. And I can't find Thumper's link to new site.

The site has been successfully moved, however, the domain is still propagating. This means that it can take up to 3 days for all the super servers in the world (that contain a list of every sites known ip location on the web) to update their records. If you see this message disappear then you know that your isp has contacted a super server that hasn't yet been updated and still points to the old location. There may be some shuffling, though not always, depends on your isp and your pc, between anyone and the sites old location and the sites new location, this should cease to be a prob in 3 days time. (We weren't able to change the domains pointers to the new location, because Jenny couldn't access the server the new site was on (resolved now :) ) and then the domain registrar where jenny keeps her domains was down for maintenance until last night. So another 2 days and all should be well :)

:hiding: sorry about my late reply, have only just seen this thread.

I decided to buy my own hosting space so the reason we lost a couple of threads was because they had to move the forum over from Thumper's server to my server..

Sorry for anyone who lost posts / visitor messages etc. Although Tam I believe I found your post and pasted it back in the thread so it isn't totally lost :)
