Paradox Management is the learnt ability to resolve and/or work with the contradictions, conflicts and dilemmas in any given context.

This two-day course will introduce you to the concept of organisational paradox and will give you the opportunity to share and resolve some of the tensions, polarities and absurdities you have experienced. By completing this course you will be able to…

• Understand and identify paradoxical problems
• Use a range of tools and techniques for dealing with organisational and personal tensions
• Help others work through ‘impossible situations’
• Deal with dilemmas, contradictions, conflicting priorities, double binds, vicious circles and negative spirals, dichotomies, ‘no win’ situations and more, more, more!
